2023,  establishment of a sustainability plan :

We are proud to have signed the "Beyond Chocolate 2025" chart, whose “main ambition is to ensure over 140,000 cocoa farmers who grow the cocoa for the Belgian market derive a living income from their hard work by 2030. When farmers earn a living income, this also acts to tackle the root causes of child labor and deforestation”.

pour la certification « Rainforest Alliance » :

“The Rainforest Alliance is an international non-profit organization working at the intersection of business, agriculture, and forests to make responsible business the new normal. We are building an alliance to protect forests, improve the livelihoods of farmers and forest communities, promote their human rights, and help them mitigate and adapt to the climate crisis.”

We are constantly on the lookout for environmentally-friendly alternatives

  • The design of our cotton tote bags meets strict ecological standards, with the OEKO -TEX label and the use of sustainable materials. 
  • We use PEFC-certified cardboard from sustainable sources. "Only products originating from PEFC-certified forests and then from an uninterrupted manufacturing and marketing chain of certified companies can bear the PEFC label".
  • We favor natural, non-toxic and biodegradable printing inks.

Responsible energy consumption is very important to us

We actively seek to reduce our energy imprint by implementing measures such as installing solar panels and optimizing insulation and the cold chain. In this way, we minimize our impact on the environment and contribute to the preservation of natural resources. Protecting the environment is one of our top priorities. Every year, we invest in ecological improvements, recycle energy, waste and water, and use environmentally-friendly packaging. We also encourage partnerships with local suppliers to reduce our carbon footprint.
